Something Else...Catering is the culmination of over twenty two years
experience in the food business developing recipes, seasonal menus and
specials for many fine and diverse restaurants. We are perfectly happy
in offer many of the classical dishes found everywhere else. Nothing
pleases us more, however, than to be able to offer something different,
something interesting, something that looks stunning and tastes
delicious!! We are proud to offer Something Else!!
This menu is only a sample of our culinary
creativity. In season we will offer the freshest fish, meat and
vegetables that Mother Nature has to offer. All of our Ingredients are
hand picked and prepared by our team of professionals. No hors
d'oeurvre comes from a box, no dressing from a jar, no fish from a
freezer. We prepare food from our heart, with love and care. This
menu is dedicated to everyone who cares deeply about food.
