Hi Debbie (and Chris),

Kerstin and I just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to let you know we were very happy with your catering last Saturday. We received a lot of positive feedback on the dinner, especially the seafood lasagna. Thank you for all your hard work, and please use us as a reference for any future customers.

We’ll be in for dinner one of these weekends coming up, but wanted to let you know how happy we were with the catering.

I had an opportunity to dine in your establishment and was so impressed with the food

and service that I wanted to write this letter.

I was intending to have some of your famous ice cream but when we smelled the fantastic aromas from the kitchen we decided to make have ice cream after

dinner. My friends and I was served one of the most enjoyable meals we ever had. The service was very considerate. The Country/Shore setting were both relaxing and nostalgic. We always new Hurricane House for ice cream but the dinning experience out does your finest ice cream. Dinner finished up by a serving of delicious desserts made the evening something to repeat. congratulations- well done.

Dear Chris & Debbie,

Once again, job well done!!

Just to give you a little back-ground information, we were having a small family reunion....a very-much-needed, overdue reunion! That alone was a little too stressful for me...I did not need the stress of cooking as well!

Chris and Debbie, once again, you did a fantastic thing! The fresh mozzarella and pepperoni was so impressive....the franks in puff pastry were out of this world...the spinach dip was my favorite!! Chicken francaise (Mother's favorite)...was such an unbelievable hit....Eggplant parmagiana, another family favorite, was outrageous!!

I recommend you to everyone....and, once again, I thank you for making a party a hit.

DEAR CHRIS & DEBBIE,

THANK YOU FOR THE DELICIOUS FOOD YOU CATERED FOR OUR DAUGHTER'S ENGAGEMENT PARTY. IT CERTAINLY WAS "SOMETHING ELSE" BECAUSE EVERYONE COULD NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT EACH DISH.

THE SESAME CHICKEN AND THE PEPPERONI WITH MOZZARELLA WERE EVERYONE'S FAVORITE UNTIL YOU BROUGHT OUT THE MAIN SELECTIONS. THEN, THEY ALL COULDN'T DECIDE WHICH WAS THEIR FAVORITE. THE AMOUNT OF FOOD WAS ABUNDANT, AND THE LEFTOVERS THE NEXT DAY WERE EQUALLY WONDERFUL.
